Admissions

Manor Primary is an Academy within Manor Multi Academy Trust and the Directors of the MAT are the admission authority. The Directors apply the regulations on admissions fairly and equally to all those who wish to attend the school. This school complies with the provisions within the Schools Admissions Code and the School Appeals Code.

Manor Primary School is an inclusive school that welcomes children from all backgrounds and abilities. The only restrictions we place on entry is number. If the number of children applying exceeds the places available, we our governors apply the policy set out below in order to determine whether a child is given a nursery or school place. Wolverhampton City Council School Admissions co-ordinate admissions on behalf of governors. The policy set out below determines how this is done.

For normal point of entry, i.e. applications to Reception, parents must apply to the home LA in which they reside.
 
For In Year admissions, In accordance with the Trust’s current admission arrangements, parents must apply to the relevant LA that the school sits in (which may not necessarily be where the family resides). In year applications for Dudley schools are processed by Dudley LA, Sandwell schools by Sandwell LA, and Wolverhampton schools by Wolverhampton LA.
